Collected amount for temple construction

Hi All

I am srinivas from hyderabad. I have small query. Actually we resides in slum area in hyderabad. There was an empty land which was under municipality. One advocate, has planned and he kept shiva lingam and created rumors as there has to construct temple. Then he collected amounts and he sold out some empty lands in our slum to poor people 60 square yards for one lakh. He collected amounts from bar associations and some small leaders. He constructed half only and recently he brought a new house in good area and he shifted from our slum. Now nobody is taking care of that temple. I asked him several times and he always tells us that within two days or three days it will complete. Sir, i want to take action against him. Please for god grace tell me the process how to take action against him. He formed one trust also but we cannot file RTI on that trust. He is not even providing trust details. I request everyone to please provide me some good suggestions.

You can file case of cheating against him.
For occupying public land, Writ petition can be filed as well.

agreed with Mr Banrman I will add that by raising fund for encroachment of public land, even you can be treated as abettor to crime.
