Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 03 November 2020 This query is : Resolved
In 2019 i took admission in D pharmacy in banglore, when college started,it didn't have proper lecture and no practicals,
So I canceled the admission and asked for my document then
principal said, your document will be given in 1 month and they
speak like this for a year and finally say on 23 October 2020 that your document has been lost

So sir, what action should I take on him

You have stated that the document is lost in the college by the Principal. What is that document? However, you can ask the Principal regarding your document through RTI. If they replied that it is lost, then consult a local lawyer to file a case if necessary.

If you have proofs that you had deposited the documents in college at the time of admission and those documents has been lost by college principal then it is certainly deficiency of college administration for which you can knock the doors of consumer forum and claim compensation towards physical and mental agony.

You can file police complaint for not returning your original documents.

Can file claim at Consumer forum for deficiency of service.

Meanwhile try to obtain duplicate copies of the documents.

Your priority ought to be getting the duplicate from the University or the Authorities concerned. In this context, a written communication from the Principal would be helpful.
