Dear Sir/madam,
I joined with one of the reputed corporate in the month of May 2013. During the hiring process employer comitted me for the notice pay loss in my existing company (I was suppose to give 3 months notice) as they were hurry in hiring my position. Regarding the same couple of mail exchanges have happened before I joined. On a good faith I had taken up assignment and later I have got my full & final settlement from the previous employer for notice pay recovery. I had submitted the same to my present employer as they had committed in my hiring process and now they are simply rejecting that they cant reimburse.
Had attached detailed mail conversation happend before I joined for your better understanding.
Please suggest me how to take this forward.

You have to amicably settle this dispute. legal recourse is there but it may prove time consuming and not cost effective.

if you want to retain your job forget about it . your present employer does not want to pay

Try and look for an amicable situation in the present company, the new company due ti its extreme emergency would have lured you that way, now it is not honest or keeping its word, thus at the cost your employment you may fight with the new company, think wisely.
