Common civil revision petition for direction

(Querist) 27 May 2012 This query is : Resolved
Ld Counsels,

My application to amend pleading in my divorce petition and application to sub-poena documents where not considered and kept on hold, for more than six month by family court.

Can I file a common CRP to get direction to dispose of both the applications or do I nee dto file seperate CRPs each for each interim applications.

Thanks.

File early hearing application u/s 151 of CPC in court so that court pass orders in both of ur applications at the earliest. No
need to file revision petitions.

You can submit to the court to pass an order.

Family court has proceeded to take evidence form the other side without considering my application for amendment.

The procedure adopted by court is totally erroneous. Witnesses cannot be examined pending application seeking amendment in the pleadings. You should press upon the applications on the next date of hearing by moving an application for reminder and if that application is ignored then move to High court and file Revision petition against the order on both pending applications.

Ld Counsels,

Wife went on a CRP and got a direction to dispose of the OP within a stipulated time period. Hence the court is ignoring all the applications unfairly.
