It seems the company is bankrupt, cannot afford a lawyer.

Probably the company never kept a lawyer, and hence became bankrupt, going for liquidation.

In both cases, as the co. came to know the importance of Lawyer came to sense to contact lawyers on free service of LCI, COMPANY LAW expert may help the above ANO.
