the problem is you have submitted a fake resume . you have mentioned that you have 1year fake experience . it is a serious issue . on basis of flase staements made in your resume company has hired you . when the falsehood was discovered the company could have dismissed you from service . however thay have permitted you to resign and closed the chapter . dont aggravate the issue . if company has taken undertaking from you that you will reimburse them for payments made the company would have to take legal prceedings for the same . keep a low profile dont file any case against the company

but my final question is
a)as they asked me to sign on letter pad without any stamp. will it be a issue.
b)how come an middle class employee can pay all the salary back. is their any law to help me here at this situation. as long as I served in that company they gave me excellent rating.
Finally I am not going to book any case but eager to know the worst scenarios

About (a) stamp or not, your own signature on the undertaking denotes your agreement to pay back. About (b) You could have thought several times before signing the undertaking. Although the company does not have any right to recover any part of your salary for the service practical service rendered by you, but your own fraudulent efforts made you the prey of your own trick.
Even if you try to file a case, not the company, but you would be at the receiving end due to your own fraudulent act. Rather, you should be thankful to the company, if the company decides not to file a criminal case of chaeting, dishonesty and fraud against you.
So, instead of thinking on legal recourse, better convince the company somhow or the other not to recover any part of your salary for the period you rendered actual service to the company.

many thanks for your answer but they forced me to sign in the closed environment.i have gone through verbal torture to sign. otherwise i cannot move out of the cabin. i signed because i thought letter pad without stamp would not be any problem.

Since you have already stated that you were forced to sign in the closed environment, it becomes evident that you wont be able to prove that you were forced to sign. That is why I suggested you to better convince the company somhow or the other not to recover any part of your salary.
But, if you can produce any sound proof of the company people having forced you to sign, you can go ahead with filing a case against the company. But, still, even if you have any sound proof against the company, your position would still be vulnerable, as the company has a solid proof in their custody against your act of cheating and fraud. Even in that case, there is no alternative with you except to compromise with your position, even if you are remotely thinking on challenging the company on forced signature case.
