Company Formation

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 15 July 2010 This query is : Resolved 
Now that all Forms relating to Company Formation are filed electronically, is there a need for physical submission of MOA & AOA at ROC and vetting thereof even though these are required to be attached to eForm 1?

No there is no requirement of filing the hard copies of MOA, AOA, POA, Form 1, 18 & 32 with ROC
