Company not issuing relieving letter

(Querist) 09 October 2017 This query is : Resolved
Sir, I joined a company which had a 3 years bond period. I served there for a Month.

As I was getting a better opportunity elsewhere , I submitted my resignation letter at the company and paid the contractual amount as per the bond.

However, the company is not giving acceptance to my resignation letter, not giving experience and relieving certificate.

My new company is asking for relieving certificate but my old company is saying they don't give relieving certificate for a month old employee. I have been requestingYour since days to my company to release my documents and provide certificate but to no avail.

Requesting your advice.

Relieving certificate/letter signifies that employee has separated ( by resignation as in your case) and nothing is due against employee.

If you have been so sincere that you have paid the liquidated damages inserted in said Bond then nothing might be due towards you.

Saying, asking, telling etc are verbal mode of transactions.
Write under proper acknowledgment go goo offices of appointing authority,MD and ask to supply acknowledgment and acceptance of notice of resignation/final resignation, Correct FnF statement showing computation of earned wages/OT/payouts as per appointment letter CTC etc and adjustment of Bond amount, Form16 as per Correct FnF statement, NOC/NDC, service certificate,PF number if applicable, ESIC card if applicable, relieving letter...............

This is general problem faced by the employees from private concerns.

Send registered letter to the old company to send you relieving and experience letter immediately.

If no action after sending reminder send legal notice.

Service Certificate should be issued to all employees.
The docs mentioned in previous post can suffice as good as Relieving Letter...
