Good morning sir I'm ayesha from andhrapradesh.Recently my father has expired on January 2016 due to ill health and he was in service. The department has told me that there give me a compassinate job for that there need required certificates.here the problem is I have an elderly brother who is separated from our family last 4 years back when my father was alive.he got govt job and living with his family far away from us.now I and my mother are living alone there is no other way to survive our life,as my father has taken loans and to repay it the department has undertaken the benefits amount.now the thasildar is not issuing me the financial status certificate sir.

The brother is already in govt job and if rest of the family members are willing to give NOC then you may get the job subject to fulfilling the conditions of dept.
Why the Tehsildar is not issuing the certificate?
Have you applied in writing under proper acknowledgment?

I have applied it writing under proper acknowledgement sir.i have submit all the true details only.the thasildar is saying that your brother is govt employee so u won't get any certificate.but the fact is my brother is separated from us he is no more taking any responsibility of me and my mother

Is there any record which shows that your brother is separated from the family e.g. change of nomination in bank a/c , service record, LIC bond etc. of your father or division of property or any pending litigation prior to demise of your father.Any of these document may help you to get the Income certificate from the Tahasildar.

When my father was in service he has updated the employee enrollment details in that application he has mention clearly that myself and my mother we both are dependents of him

I have spoke to the thasildar it self and I have requested him but he didn't listen me and he has rejected my application for no earning member certificate.sir if there is any rule by which I can take step pls mention it sir I'm in need of help from you.

Thasildar is saying that if your brother is govt job holder than we won't issue you any certificate what ever it may we won't listen all these whether he is separated or not or not taking care of you people or not
