My Dad, the LIC branch in Sultanpur
Was serving as clerk. His sudden death in their service
Date was to 19,10,2009. After the funeral my
Family's consent to serve as my deceased client

i have suggest you to make representation before LIC with Madras High Court Judgement, LIC should be consider. If they not accept your representation, you can file writ.
