Complain cases

sir, i am from ranchi but my some of relatives who are my enemies are in kolkata.i am scared that they might have filed some complain cases against me as they have threatened me .i heard that in kolkata its quite common that notices are not served and are just shown that the party is not appearing and finally the warrant is issued.so is there any way to find out whether any cases complain has been instituted in a dam dam court jurisdiction.please help me.

yes you can take search in dam dam court to find out whether any cases have been filed against you in last 3 monts or more

fear is your biggest enemy.

However you can engage a lawyer to keep a check at cause lists of that court.

Enmity is not a one way affair. There is always a strong reason behind it. Better, search the cause of enmity of your relatives with you and remove such causes of enmity to achieve peace of mind. Otherwise not only the real feal, but also the artificial fear of your mind would continue to haunt you for ever.

Whatever you have heard about Kolkata's Court is not true. If this sort of practice can be adopted then it is applicable everywhere. Bribery is omnipresent.
