Complainant doesn't understand the language of fir

Case is registered agaist my brother u/sec 326 ipc and charge is about to frame in 2 weeks, after going throgh fir we realise that language of fir is marathi and explained to complainant in hindi but we have definite information that he doesn't understand both the languagesHe is truck driver and only understand malyalum.. what value such fir will have if complaint is register in a language which he doesn't understand. ? How much this will be helpful to us.

But the main point is he doesn't understand what is written in fir and io will have the liberty of stating fact as he desire which will be prejudices

Dear Suraj Joshi,

What you first need to do is to state the truth, as a Malyalam speaking person cannot be your brother, as you seem to be misrepresenting him or posing just an academic problem to solve your law school exercise.

However, if he is your brother, you must also be knowing Malyalam, explain to him in Malyalam instead of in Marathi or Hindi.
