1.On behalf complainant (Lady ) any one of family member can file a complaint in PS.
2.If SHO or station in charge not accepted and not ready to Registered a case what is the alternative way.

I agree with the views of expert Mr. Barman. You may file a petition u/s 156(3) before the judicial magistrate seeking its direction to the concerned police to initiate action n you complaint accordingly.
