sir
is i eligible to file a differmative case on cheated advocate? i want file strong case on him because as a senior advocate how he cheated on my case, and scolded me in court premises. not followed professional ethics.
my divorce case given to one advocate in nov 2010, but he not yet filed up to 25-6-2011. on 26 june i asked to return my all documents and fee, but he unnecessarily filed on 27 june monday morning and returned my case to me with SR number and no objection on vakalat on 27 june evening 6pm. next day i withdrawn my file completely from court. he told lies 1)filed in jan, 2)court notice sent in feb to my wife, 3)hearing on april 25 and june 11, 4) he filed petition copy with 3 fake forgered signateres of me. i lost 6 months time 7000 money . sir now i want to file a case against advocate in state bar council. i have only vakalat paper and all original papaers he filed in court . is these are enough to complaint on my advocate in state council sir?
