Hello,
there is a query can i put a complaint against bank diposit recipt.I lended someone amount of 20,000 six months ago by depositing in his bank account.And the person is not returning the amount.Can i put a court case against that recipt.

if borrower is not returning your money issue him legal notice for recovery .

you will spend more money on legal fees than in recovring your money . use common friends as pressure tool to recover your money .

ok sir i will try to do that.But will my case litle powerfull with that recipt or the court will not help me to get my money back.If i need to file a case after no response on the legal notice.

you dont have any document in writing wherein your friend ahs taken loan . you merely desposited rs 20,000 in his account. your friend will claim it was a gift not a loan .
further you dont have any cheque signed by your friend . no agreement to pay interest on loan . file case if you so desire

yes sir i dont have any other document ..but sir my friend also lended the same person same amount of money on the same date.by depositing in his account.So will this point be little useful for filing a case.

u can file recovery suit in civil court
against him.

engage a lawyer and file case if you want . you need documentary evidence to prove your case . fact tht your friend has also depsoisted some money in his account wont help you in your case

amount is rs 20000 and evidence in you had is near zero. Do you want to pay more than what will (or will not )come to you.
You cannot allege someone as defaulting debtor simply by putting some money in his account without any loan agreement. He will put counter allegation of harassment and humiliation of a respectable person.
