complaint against MCD

i wanted 2 file complaint against MCD they advertise tat we should keep surrounding of our house clean 2 stop Dengu but the themselves are doing drainage works and all waste is lying open so where i can complaint and against which sec. wat would be the language of the complaint if u can advice me i will b thankful 2 u

Yes. You along-with 2 other public man with the permission of civil court under section 89 of CPC can bring a suit against MCD. You will have to engage a lawyer who can do all actions on your behalf. You can also file a consumer complaint.
