Complaint to banking ombudsman

(Querist) 27 February 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Experts,

May I have your attention on a query with reference to the captioned subject please.

I have filed my complaint to Banking Ombudsman, Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi against a banking grievance (Credit Card related) against Standard Charted Bank on 24th of January, 2013. 30 days have elapsed and I haven't received any reply from BO either redressal or rejection. Kindly advice as to what should be the course of action now. I don't know how long i need to wait for the reply from their side. The same has also not been provided in the Banking Ombudsman Scheme.

30 days period is not so longer to get your grievance resolved. You may make a reminder to that effect.
