Completion certificate for gunthewari property

My house is NA now but it was Gunthewari regularized with sanctioned plan till last year. Can I get completion certificate from PMC? How? Or the regularization certificate is as good as CC?

yes you have to obtain completion certificate from pmc

Thanks for your answer but PMC is claiming that the regularization certificate is the completion certificate for Gunthewari house. Can you help me to know how to get this CC?
