Compliance of high court order

In the SLP against the judgment of Punjab Haryana HC the court did not give time sought to the appellant and ordered " Leave granted stay rejected ". Since stay is not granted can the respondent proceed to get the judgment of the Punjab Hariana HC IMPLEMENTED. .it TAKES 6-8 Years for the SLP TO GET numbered and after implementation of the HC judgment nothing will be left in SLP when it comes up for hearing after several years.What is the implication of " leave granted"

without stay from SC order of HC will be implemented.

leave granted means leave is granted by SC to appeal against the order of HC.

You can approach SC for stay.

You can get the stay order from supreme court at the fime of filing the appeal.
