A piece of agricultural land was transferred to me through a registered sale deed .. After 3 months in a different suit the same transferor made a compromise with the third party wherein the co-ownership of third party was accepted in the property sold out to me . Then the third party sold the said portion of land ( possessed by me ) to a fourth party , who is claiming his right in my property . Pl guide me in this regard .

Ownership of the property in a dispute was accepted by the seller after selling the same to you. You have purchased a property for which case was in the court. Due to the act of seller your title is liable to be challenged.

Thnx Goyal Sir . But the suit in which compromise was made was for a different land, and not for the land sold out to me.

Then you should challenge the suit by which this was decreed in third party's favor, consult your lawyer for further opinion.
