Compromise deed

Me and My wife reached to agreement for mutual divorce. We both hired same lawyer and then signed the compromise deed.
But the deed was not produced in court or notary on that day.

So we aggreed to do it some other day but In another court where she hase filed cases me and my family from past 5 years her lawyer asked judge to order for maintainance under dv act.

Now my wife has backed out and she refused to do compromise. The lawyer which we both hired has refused to give me those papers as he is bribed and threatened by my wife.

The lawyer has threatened my he will file fraud cases against me.

Now what can I do to save my family. Can she get the papers from lawyer and misuse it. Can the lawyer get it attested by judge or notarty through unfair means and help my wife to get money.
Can she use that aggrement in court and ask the judge to get her maintainance as i was ready to pay under mutual divorce?

Please help...

1.lawyer cannot file any fraud cases against you.

2.send legal notice to lawyer to return CD.

Can my wife use that CD? If yes then how can I safeguard myself....
CD is not attested in front of us....I dont know whether laywer has got attested through unfair means or not?

Ur lawyer cannot use it against you. It is privileged information.

you have signed the compromise deed . honour its terms . your wife can produce the compromise terms in court if she so desires . for attestation purposes you have to remain present befotre notary and then only h e attests it .
