COMPROMISE PURSIS

(Querist) 05 November 2015 This query is : Resolved 
both the plaintiff and defendent file the compromise pursis before filing WS in the court. and now defendent want to file WS stating that his compromise pursis he has not read it clearly.
whether defendant can file WS??????

WHAT PLAINTIFF HAS TO DO??

If no order is passed on the basis of compromise the defendant can retract from the compromise and file ws if the court so permits.
