Computer course certification

I am going to start a software training computer center.

Whether certification need licensed software.

How can I issue For 1-2 months certification programme (whether GUMASTA or by NGO society registration only)

Further How can I register the name of the center so no one can use same name. (How to register the trade-name)

You need license from Technical Education Department of your State.
