I have suited file against my wife for diverse
My wife is also suited file against maintenance in kalyan & Pimpari court
However my wife & I are agreed for diverse by paying one time amount
Notwithstanding we have to take diverse in LEWAPANCHYAT by paying cash
Above diverse will take on stamp paper with duly signed by PANCH
I am taking in writing that Son has no right in my property with signed by wife
I get one kid whose take care my wife
Can any one tell me is it legal & any controversy rise in future?

Any terms of compromise is advisable to be done before the court with the court's permission. Entering the same before panchayat is not advisable.

If customary law is applicable in your caste then such divorce can be given reliance to otherwise it is illegal and court should be got involved even after divorce before Panch. You can persuade your Panchayat to get the panchayati decision in courts.

No it is not legal. Divorce must be through court only.
