What wil be the stamp duty for Confidentiality Agreement? I'm from Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu.

Stamp Act is a State subject, consult a local lawyer.

Yes Stamp duty is subject of State's matter. In case you can even notarize the agreement.

What are the contents of the agreement? The nature of the Agreement depends on the contents of the agreement and the stamp duty to be paid also depends on it. And as advised by the above learned experts, the stamp duty varies from one State to another State. So show the document to the Sub Registrar concerned or a local lawyer.
