sir i would like to know.
when does the confirming party signs on the conveyence deed , is it on the same time when both the parties i.e (buyer and seller ) signs . or the confirming party can sign once the documents gets registered and full stamp duty is paid .

Your query is generic. The possibility of signing by the Confirming Party CAN BE ON BOTH INSTANCES that you have mentioned. But it all depends upon the nature of document.

The confirming party has to sign in the presence of both buyer & seller or he can sign in the absence on buyer and seller? . And if the society is held as a confirming party (i.e Secretary/chairman) can they sign in the absence of both the parties ? .
