confonet download vs. certified judgment copy

To appeal in state commission, Is it possible to use self-attested confonet download judgment copy instead of certified judgment copy of district forum?

You can file internet copy of judgment for primary information, but forum/court always relies on certified copy.

Server copy is of no use for this purpose at all.

Mr Barman is absolutely right...for filing of appeal certified copy of order is required.
