25 year old boy & girl in his/her home sitting closely in a room with both side heartly consent. 1 can a police officer enter in a house for investigation under any law.2can police officer registed a case/FIR against boy/girl under any law.under which law /sec we may punish a police officer in this case.

1. No, but normally it is seen to mint money, they RAID hotel rooms, where adult couples are harassed under the garb of preventing prostitution and flesh trade.

2. No, they can try framing a false case but that won't stand.

3. Criminal Intimidation/Extortion/Tresspass/Defamation/354 etc.
