CAN CONSENT TERMS SIGNED IN COURT IN THE PRESENCE OF JUDGE BE REVOKED ; IF SO ON WHAT GROUNDS
Chanchal Nag Chowdhury (Expert) 12 March 2011
Yes.If the party can prove that it was written in a language not understood by him.
In certain cases, it is the duty of the court to verify that the consenting party is signing it only after being fully aware of the T & C of the compromise. If the same has not been done, the party can revoke it.

The language is plain simple english ; the other party is highly educated and proficient in english . The judge explained the what the consent terms implied in court .So the two conditions stated have been met.
Are there any other conditions?
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 12 March 2011
