Can we change the Sole Proprietor to Partnership, in the same TIN No. in TNVAT.?

In the partnership firm minimum two person requires, whereas on sole proprietor only one.

so, no conversion possible with one person.

Documents of new constituted firm has to be submitted in TIN authorities.
