construction

(Querist) 15 July 2011 This query is : Resolved
We are constructing a hospital after getting proper approval from the local authorities.
Our construction plan is slightly deviated from the approved plan. What should we do to get the new plan approved? Can our neighbor approach a court to stop our construction stating that our plan is deviating from the approved one and he doesn't like a hospital in his adjacent plot.

If the deviation is negligible say less than 10%, then there should not be any problem. In fact approaching the authorities may end you up in unnecessary litigation.

if you feel the neighbour approach court,it is better to take the permission for the deviations in the plan.

eventhough anybody could approach the court for such things, unless,it is supported by valid reasons (not that one does not like it),nothing will come out of it.well, the project may get delayed.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 16 July 2011
You can apply to the authority with modified plan and seek regularizing it.

I agree with the experts.
