Sir
I have a small area property which only 0..6 cents.(5metere×5metre,).Can I construct 120msqare shop room in this plot .is there any objections from government?Can I dig a bore well near to boundary line without consent of neighbors?

Seek the Opinion of Govt Authorities by writing to them Or seeking the Clearance writing thro RTI before investing money for this purpose. You could also discuss with an Local Senior Advocate.

Hello,

Yes, you have to get the necessary permission before starting any construction activity on the plot. You have to sanction the plan from the planning department or from the village office and according to the plan sanction you have to carryout construction.
