Construction in neighbour

NEXT HOUSE to mine is under construction and builder is breaking the existing building in such a manner that my walls are developing cracks , tiles r coming out and my Exterior wall is exposed to natural Rain and is getting weak by water continuously pouring in my walls. What remedy do I have

Your neighbour/his builder is bound to make good the damage to your house. Try work out an amicable solution.

Try for amicable solution. If not possible send a legal notice.

issue legal notice to builder to rectify the damages made to your house . if he dosent repair the damage move court against the builder

Yes,you may issue notice to the builder to rectify the damages caused to your building or you may resort to further legal action viz., suit for damages and an injunction until the damages are made good.
