Dear sir,
I see lot too many chawls being constructed in adivasi land in Palghar taluka, kelevel road, zanzroli village and around. I am sure this is illegal, how can i find it and if this is ilegal how can we stop this.

You should first get information under RTI Act from the office of Town planning so as to get factual position and only then make complaint.

no other way. Be sure that adivasis will not cooperate as they have so far not e3ven protested.

hello Raj Kumar,
to whom is should address RTI, what should be format of RTI letter, i think i may need to give specific detail of locationwhere this construction is happening. I only know name of village and i know this is adivasi land.

How can i get address of collector and is it enough to send letter to collector (reg ad). Can we do same to police, do we have to log FIR or just NC.

If you need advise of this forum (though using iternet and siting in a particular distt) to know the address of collector, then it is too much to expect ...............
For delivery of mail to collector office the Post Offices do not need complete address. He is the highest revenue /administrative authority of Gp of Distts
