A Consultant agreement between the consultant and company ( Pvt Ltd ) on company letter head pad is it legal or illegal ?

This is very bad practice to repeat queries which are well attended earlier.

Means A person working as consultant ( 16 A form) and every year there will be a consultant agreement with company on letter head pad. That this contract is valid for two years. and after termination of the services by the consultant, consultant will not work with any competitor company directly or indirectly. consultant will not do the any type of business the company clients or prospective clients for two years after leaving the company.
Now plz tell me is it have any value interms of legal ?

Any angeement with specific terms is a contract to be entered on stamp paper must be registered to have legal sactity n force of law n not on letter head. Hope it is clear

Indian courts have consistently been declining to enforce NON Compete Clauses/agreements post termination of contract.
Consult an able Labor Consultant/Service Lawyer and retain the services for your corporate...............
You shall need to settle your T&C , fee etc with your lawyer on your own.
Careful examination of docs on record by your law/law firm shall be required................
