The NCDRC in its daily order dt:6/9/2010 has informed we respondent to be present before the registrar in March, 2011 for fixing final date of hearing.
I as the authorised person had sent letters to the commission in Dec, 2010 as well as in Jan, 2011, explaining the difficulties and hardship we were put to, by the complainant.
As per the cause list it has been mentioned as 'For completion of pleadings'. Please kindly clarify what I have to do, as such we not in position to appoint a counsel.

completion of pleadings means the reply of the respondent or the rejoinder of appellant is awaited.
once the pleadings are completed, the matter is posted for arguments.
