during the execution petition of a case won by me in cdrf, ordered the following:

"issue warrant of arrest against the JD,through commissioner of police..on steps.for return of warrant.call on.

1)what does it mean?

2)do I have to do anything from my part for the issuance/implimentation of arrest warrant?(i.e should to collect the arrest warrant from the cdrf and hand over the same to commissioner of police for implementation?)
3) is this arrest warrant issued by the cdrf is a bailable one?
