Consumer court jurisdiction

M/s Pinnacle Group Inc. deals in Bulk SMS Service. Company's office is in Jaipur.
No branch office in ghaziabad.

I live in ghaziabad and Deposited Cash into company's current account in icici bank but did not get any services from company.

I went to nearest icici bank branch in ghaziabad to deposit this amount.

Sent notice to company but no response.

Now I should have to go to jaipur to file consumer court case or in ghaziabad only?
