(Querist) 19 August 2015 This query is : Resolved 
consumer complaint who died during the pendency of consumer case. LR of complainant filed LR petition under section 13(7) of consumer protection act. The defense lawer filed counter stating abate and time delay.
forum granted time for rule of law.
can any one help me for any decisions of state commissions, national commission judgements.
