Sir, I have purchased a mobile 2 years ago with extended warranty.Now it is creating problem, so that i went to customer care service centre. The executives are saying that they are not having the part in NCR and Delhi.So, I said that please give me in written that they are unable to do that due to non availability of part in Delhi.They stared misbehaving me. Now,I want to go to consumer court regarding the company to change the part which is creating a problem to me and misbehave done by the customer care executives. Due to lack of evidence I don't know how to fill the case in consumer court. Please help me.

Just go to Consumer Fora and fill the form which is available there; also on plain paper you have to mention the Name of Complainant; Name of Opposite parties and the relief which you want and also to attach a Fee of Rs.100 in the form of Postal order and also get the application attested from Notary public or Oath Commissioner.
Rest thing the Consumer personals will tell and also to furnish the copy of the bill of the mobile phone.

have you extended warranty copy, if you have thats enough to approach the consumer court, and bill copy.

you should also prepare a report with expert qua the defective part of mobile.
