Dear Sir,
In 1st week of May 2011, I was coming via geneva to India by Swiss Airline. They gave me by mistake Non Veg food which I started eating...my fellow customer said to me that it it non veg then they replaced the food and was very rude with me. I have the letter where they accepted this fact.
Now, I know I have to file the complain within 2 years which is only 15 days from now....please help me what to do and if any good lawyer is there in Western suburbs of mumbai

First you complaint to their authority through proper channel, you may also complained to their embassy in this regard. Also hire a good lawyer from Mumbai to deal the case.

already they had accepted the fact if you want the staff who provided the food then give a letter to the authorities to dismiss the staff and train them to act properly with staff
