Share are considered as goods under Consumer Protection Act. Is a suit filed by son of a shareholder maintainable under consumer protection act?
Is there any case where such a suit has been held invalid on grounds of case being filed by the Son being a third party? Pls refer the same.

Son can sell file case before the consumer forum on behalf of his father provided his father gives him a authorised letter.

Is there any case where no such authorization is given and the case has been rejected? i'm required to quote such a case somewhere.
