A took admission in m.tech in institute b affiliated from c, after one year admission cancelled stating ineligible for the course, refused to refund fee. What are the legal options available?

Go thru rules that describe ‘Eligibility’ ‘Ineligibility’ ‘Cancellation of Candidature……………………….even at a later stage’ ‘ Refund of fee’ ‘Forfeiture of advance, fee’ ‘Forfeiture of refund’ published by c, and b and also prospectus of b and if you have not indulged in anything that can lead to declaring you ineligible then you may have a good case.
It shall be better to show all record and documents to a lawyer at your location, in person.

Go through the prospectus. Send notice if steps are against the rules and if no action taken by the college, file case.
