Is an Ambulance a commerical vehicle?
is it a transport vehicle? can insurance company repudaite the claim of the insurer as to indemnify the damges for such ambulance? Any recent SC-rulings aganist insurnce co n favouring insurer.

Yes. ambulance is no doubt a commercial transport vehicle and if not insured as such, the insurance company can definitely can repudiate the claim put against damages to such vehicle. No force of law is necessary except the specific agreement of insurance.
