We employees of ONGC had a case with ongc and single bench of gujarat high court upheld by double bench and not interfered by supreme court. Now ongc has followed the order of supreme court but only one person has not been given employment as per supreme court order. can he file contempt of court proceedings against ongc or any ongc personnel...can fir be filed against ongc officer.

If the court has ordered employment/reinstatement but not complied by employer then it might be possible to file contempt.
However you may show whole case file and judgment to a very able counsel specializing in labor/service matters.

The Order of Single Batch of HC has original jurisdiction and the order to be executed at Relevant Court.
The important issue is "From which court the judgment for reinstatement declared"
The Contempt of Court Act Seems not be applicable here in this circumstances
