Dear All,
Kindly resolve the following doubt, In my petition I made opposite parties to following authorities -
1. State of U.P. through Principal Secretary, Higher Education, Civil Secretariat, Lucknow.
2. Chancellor, Gautam Budh Technical University, I.E.T. Campus, Sitapur Road, Lucknow.
3. Vice-Chancellor, Gautam Budh Technical University, I.E.T. Campus, Sitapur Road, Lucknow.
4. Gautam Budh Technical University, I.E.T. Campus, Sitapur Road, Lucknow through its Registrar.
5. Controller of Examination, Gautam Budh Technical University, I.E.T. Campus, Sitapur Road, Lucknow.
6. Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, 1, Knowledge Park, Phase-II, Greater Noida, U.P. through its Director.
In the response of same an HC order has been passed in which university was asked to do needful in a month (To be clear no authority has been specified in the order, so that i sent order to highest authority i.e. vc).HC Order has been attached for your perusal.
I sent certified copy to VC, for which I have all proof of delivery.Now please suggest to file a contempt of court, when the duration has been completed -
1. Am I bound to send certified to each authority above specified ?
2. Do I needed to send another certified copy to controller of examination ?
3. Kindly suggest what is best required to file a contempt of court against university ?
4. If need to send can i sent photo state of order or certified copy is only option to send. What is meant here is from "Certified Copy". Can I send copy with my signature of something else ?

Certified copy means the photocopy of the order which is certified by concerned authority as true copy of the order.
You can send the certified copy to the VC under a covering letter and to send the photocopies of hte certified copy to the other concerns.
You need to mention that the original certified copy of order is sent to the VC and all others are served with photocopy of the same.
wait for some time to take further legal action against them.
