We are working for Doordarshan News on a contract basis, supply video shooting time to time as per their order/requirment. My mother is a proprietor. Earlier , Doordarshan removed us from the panel of video shooting people and we fought in the High court and won the case from High court and get the compensation from doordarshan in the year 2010 to us.
My wife is working with Doordarshan as a copywriter on contract basis. My wife has fabricated false case aganist me and my parents u/s 323,342/354/34. So Police arreted me and my parents and we are on police bail.
Now on the basis of the complaint, she filed a complaint in Doordarshan and without giving any show cause notice to us by Doordarshan, Doordarshan stoped assigning the video shooting to us. They are not ready to give any satisfactory reply. When we ask telephonically, Doordarshan said, you and your parents went to police custody that is why we have removed you from the panel.
My request is "Can Doordarshan without giving any show cause notice to us, stop assigning the coverges. Can doordarshan inferfere in our family matter case. Our professional services are different from family matter.
I have already filed contempt of court proceeing aganist Doordarshan. How much relief my mother can get.

When your petition is already sub-judice before high court, where is the scope of opinion with the experts?
You shall have to wait for the outcome from high court and nothing can be done prior to that.
