i have asked about the following questions :-
1. rule regarding continuity of service on technical resignation ?
2. time limit for withdrawal of technical resignation?
sir, as you given a option of clause of retention. i don't know about this. please tell me what is clause retention?
sir, i have download a letter from gconnect. This is about consolidate instruction about lien and technical resignation. Kindly read the letter especially point no 16. and tell me it is helpful me regading above said matter. kindly download attachment.

sir my query did not resolved because i have attached a letter regarding "continuity of service on technical resignation" my query is : service is continue on technical resignation or not. A person who submitted technical resignation he/she revert in his/her parental department or not ?

There is no such letter attached to your mail. You have been properly advised that upon acceptance of your resignation there is no chance of withdrawing the same that too after having joined anew organisation based on the resignation. The lien clause was not told by you earlier or whether you have invoked lien in your resignation was not mentioned by you. The letter referred to by you cannot be attached , so give the excerpts briefly along with relevance to your subject so that the experts can review their advise.

why should the forum download letters from XYZ. No favour is being caused by you by seeking free advise here. Why wanting experts to do extra labour in charity.

what is doubt on the said point No 16 which is in plain and simple English. You have to vacate the lien if not returning to the deptt.
