Telephone call does come under cyber crime.
You go to the website of the Bank and lodge a complaint stating that their agent is disturbing your peace of mind and this shoud be stopped forthwith. Alternatively go the service provider of your landline (If it is BSNL - go BSNL Office) and file an application to identify the number giving the call time. You can make a call to that number and tell the receiver that you have been receiving calls for credit card matter in which you are no way concerned and this should stopped, threatening police action. If still no relief give the number to the Police and lodge a complaint.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 08 August 2014
You can write to the bank, giving the facts. Even after that if they do not stop calling you, you can lodge a police complaint.
ajay sethi (Expert) 08 August 2014
lodge complaint with bank first regarding continous phone calls made to your friend . if no action taken file police complaint

No police complaint is maintainable in the given facts. Contact to the banker and apprise all facts in writing and get clearance thereto failing which do file criminal complaint as advise.
