if one widow and a married man want to make
contract of friendship, then it is legally valid ?
what is the benefit to make contract of friendship .

A MARRIED MAN WANTS TO MAKE CONTRACT OF FRIENDSHIP WITH A WIDOW ,KINDLY REFER PROVISIONS OF SECTION 494 OF INDIAN PENAL CODE.SEE THE PUNISHMENTS PROVIDED IN THE SAME AND JUST GIVE UP THE IDEA.
KINDLY NOTE THAT MERE FRIENDSHIP DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY CONTRACT.YOU MAY ENTER IN TO CONTRACT WHICH IS LEGALY PERMISSIBLE.BUT ILLEGAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH WIDOW WHEN MARRIED PERSONS FIRST WIFE IS ALIVE ,IT IS ILLEGAL AND INDIAN PENAL CODE DEFINES IT AS CRIME PUNISHABLE UNDER SEC.494 OF I.P.C.PLEASE NOTE.SO DO NOT INVITE THE TROUBLE.

There can not be contract of friendship in law. Please see the definition of contract in act.

For a contract of friendship, there should be consideration and the consideration and object should be lawful. If those idea is not to make illicit relations and any valid consideration is there they may enter into such an agreement.
(be noted that definition of word consideration is very amazing and it is defined in Indian Contract Act as under
Section 2(d) When, at the desire of the promisor, the promisee or any other person has clone or abstained from doing, or does or abstains from doing, or promises to do or to abstain from doing, something, such Act or abstinence or promise is called a consideration for the promise :

IF U ARE SO KEEN TO GO AHEAD WITH THE WIDOW/MARRIED MAN THEN HE SHOULD DIVORCE HIS WIFE FIRST.AFTER WARDS WHEN SINGLE CONSULTING ADULTS CAN HAVE LIVE IN RELATIONSHIP WITHOUT CONTRACT.
THERE IS NO LAW OF CONTRACT FOR FRIENDSHIP ITS A BLISS OF MUTUAL TRUST
